Napa’s Only Pan-Asian Food & Wine Experience
Sit down to a true sensory experience, found nowhere else in the Napa Valley, featuring an exciting lineup of Asian dishes alongside a flight of five of our Fifth Moon wines. Discover surprising but complementary pairings like Malvasia Bianca with poached shrimp and kimchi cocktail sauce and our signature Red Blend with a hoisin pulled pork slider and wasabi slaw.
Our unique menu was created in collaboration with Chef Max Ackerman of Napa’s Sushi Monkey whose formal training, expertise in traditional Japanese cuisine, and passion for working with thoughtfully-sourced ingredients bring the concept to life. Chef Ackerman worked with our winemaker, Timothy Milos, and Associate Winemaker Rachel Froehlich, to create a harmonious lineup of colorful tapas-style dishes that reflect the season and offer an unexpected dimension to the Napa wine tasting experience.
