Join us for an experience that includes a seasonal menu of four savory and one sweet bite, each of which has been specially designed to pair with four of our top-rated Carneros sparkling wines.
THE ULTIMATE CHIPS & DIP
Caviar and sparkling wine are the food and wine pairing equivalent of Cracker Jacks and baseball – they simply go together. In this experience, you will sample three of our most highly treasured wines alongside three ½ ounce servings of Tsar Nicoulai Caviar’s finest artisanal caviars.
THE ART OF SABRAGE
Join us for a new unforgettable and unique Napa wine tasting experience. Your host will share the history, legends, and technique of this flamboyant practice that dates back to the age of Napoleon then provide a dramatic demonstration. An abundant selection of local artisan delights from Journeyman Meats, Cowgirl Creamery, and Tsar Nicolai Caviar has been carefully curated to pair beautifully with our méthode traditionnelle sparkling wines.
